Being 41, I was not surprised at my physical last year when my doctor advised me to “change my diet”.Just before my physical I had joined Weight Watcher’s and had lost 25 pounds and (at 5’9” and 140 pounds) really had no more to lose.

My story is probably not a shocking one. Both my parents had the chance to change their diets and lifestyle habits and neither would. I am of a different fabric.
